Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns
We stand behind our product/s (item/s). For change of mind returns, if you are not 100% satisfied with an item, you can return it... within 30 days or having received your order.

If returned product/s (item/s), please do not stick the return labels directly onto the product packaging / bag / box or else your return will be rejected and sent back to you as the item is now in an un-saleable condition
2. Online Order Returns
We want to make your return as easy as possible. Simply follow these steps and you'll be on your way to a successful return...
- Product/s (item/s) must be unworn and undamaged with tags attached and be returned in the original parcel and packaging.
- Product/s (item/s) in the same condition you purchased and received it
- Product/s (item/s) provide original receipt or a proof of purchase
- If you have multiple orders to return, each other product/s (item/s) must be returned separately
3. To Return Your Product
To return your product/s (item/s) contact us by email: returns@siik.me, that you wish to return product/s (item/s).

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for your return/s (item/s)
4. Return Period
We have a 30 day return period policy.
- Product (item) must be returned with 30 days
- If over 30 days since the purchase of product (item), unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund
5. Exchanges
Please note, at this time we do not offer (not able) exchanges.
- If you would like to get an item in another size or colour, simply send back the item for a refund and place a new order
6. Faulty Product Returns
Received a faulty product/s? We want to know.
- We are committed to honouring your rights under consumer laws
- If your product is faulty or is different to the product you ordered, we will assist you to fix the problem (this may include a refund or replacement depending on the nature of the problem)
- If you experience any issues with quality of our product/s (item/s), we'll make it right, just contact us by email: (returns@siik.me) that you wish to return product/s (item/s)
- You have given reason for return, and on receiving returned product/s (item/s) we will contact (notify) you within 3 - 5 days (weekdays) as to inspection (assessment) of the faulty product/s (item/s)
7. Refunds
Refunds may or may not apply as to the circumstances
- Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund under the law if the items are damaged, have been worn, or are not faulty
- Due to hygiene reasons certain product/s (item/s) are unable to be returned for a change of mind or incorrect sized purchases
- We do not credit original shipping fees for a change or mind return
- Our change of mind returns policy is an addition to any rights you may have under consumer laws
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
You have not received your refund
In / once receiving your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s.
- You have given reason for return, and on receiving returned product/s (item/s) we will contact (notify) you within 3 - 5 business days as to inspection (assessment) of product/s (item/s) and the approval or rejection of your refund
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will applied to your nominated back (as per nominated back account details)
If then you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account again. You may be required to contact your financial institution, as it may take some time before your refund is in your bank account as available funds. If you've completed all of these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us by email: refunds@siik.me
8. Shipping Return
It's important that on preparing a return that the correct steps be taken to avoid a non-acceptance of returned product (item).

NOTE: Please contact us before sending any packages back as we will not accept the return without prior contact.
- Just contact us by email: returns@siik.me, that you wish to return product/s (item/s)
Shipping costs are non-refundable and any shipping will be at the customers expense. Refunds will not include any shipping costs. Unless there is an issue on our behalf, only then we will cover all costs. If you are shipping an product/s (item/s) over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item from your shipping provider.
9. Shipped Incorrect Order
- As part of our policy and you were shipped an incorrect order, please contact TEAM SIIK and along with purchase order details, (e.g. number, contents of the package) and take photo/s to attach with email
- We here at TEAM SIIK will arrange to have the incorrect product/s (item/s) returned to us, once received we will send your correct order to you
10. Ensuring Customer Service
